Return Policy
If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, simply email us and return it in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number. If we do not receive the item (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged during transit by the shippers. We recommend that you purchase insurance when shipping returns.
We cannot accept C.O.D, and all shipping charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. If, however, the return is due to Katoo's error, the shipping charges will be refunded. If a replacement item is sent out, there will be a single shipping charge .
Katoo will refund your money via Paypal once the package has been received and processed.
